Mr. Cummings earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. He has been practicing law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, since 1999, and is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and Arizona. Mr. Cummings is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Forensic Accountant. He has a wife, Lynn, and a daughter, Emily.
