Larry A. Weisberg was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Harrisburg. He is a graduate of Susquehanna Township High School and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he participated in the school’s Naval ROTC program.
